How many photos are included in a standard shoot?
Each standard session includes 25–35 professionally edited images, highlighting the property’s key features, flow, and atmosphere. Additional images or specialty shots can be added upon request.
Do you travel outside the local area?
Absolutely! Travel beyond 30 miles from the base location may include a small mileage fee, which will be clearly discussed ahead of time.
When will I receive the photos?
Images are typically delivered within 24–48 hours via a private digital gallery, ready for MLS and marketing use. Rush delivery is available if arranged in advance.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most properties take 60–90 minutes, depending on size, layout, and staging. Larger or more complex homes may require more time.
Do you offer drone or twilight photography?
Yes. Drone, twilight, and dusk edits are available as add-ons. These can help elevate listings with standout visuals—just let me know in advance if you’d like to include them.
Can you photograph vacant or unstaged homes?
Yes, but staging makes a difference. I recommend decluttering, adding simple decor, and ensuring all lights work. I’ll photograph the home as-is unless staging is requested beforehand.

What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, especially if travel was involved. Weather-related delays can be rescheduled without penalty.
How does payment work?
Invoices are sent at the time of delivery and can be paid via Venmo or Zelle. Alternate payment methods can be arranged—just reach out if needed.
